Hi, I'm Melina.

I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and now call Portland home. Moving across the world made me realize how quickly places, seasons, and everyday moments become memories - and that’s a big part of why photography means so much to me.

I’m happiest with a camera in my hand, especially somewhere surrounded by mountains, wildflowers, or golden sunlight. When I’m not photographing people, you’ll usually find me exploring the Pacific Northwest with my husband, traveling, dancing, or planning our next road trip.

What I love most about photography is getting to know the people in front of my camera and capturing what makes their connection special. I want your photos to bring you right back to how this season of your life actually felt.
